Description
Omega DIPA is a boldly dry-hopped hazy double India pale ale. A combination of barley, wheat malt, and flaked, unmalted oats and wheats forms the base, upon which we generously drop Idaho 7 hops and some Mosaic Lupomax. The result is a round-bodied, creamy beer with tropical citrus juice flavors and a sticky, finishing hop bite.
Malts: Extra pale ale malt, wheat malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats
Hops: Mosaic T90, Citra T90, Idaho-7 T90, and Mosaic Lupomax
Yeast: AEB Fermoale New-E
