Farmageddon represents our wild farmhouse ale, which we have been meticulously brewing, blending, and aging for nearly as long as we've been operational. The blending process enables us to preserve a consistent theme across batches, while the aging introduces intricate layers, and the brett and bacteria diligently contribute to the subtle idiosyncrasies present in each release. It's a sophisticated, effervescent, and delectable beer, suitable for both special occasions and leisurely weeknights.
This limited edition variant underwent conditioning with a combination of blackberry and lime for over a month before bottle conditioning.
