Description

A true geuze beer from Belgium with a soft sour taste, balanced by the oak hints.

Made from 95% of oak aged lambic (at least three years), and 5% young lambic. 

Secondary fermentation happens inside the bottle.

Once bottled, it is matured for at least 6 months before being released for sale.
