Description
Made from 100% Saperavi, a Georgian grape variety sourced from the Mukuzani protected area.
The wine is fermented on the skins for six months in Qvervri, clay vessels buried underground following the 8,000 year old Georgian tradition.
Rich in tannins and with a complex bouquet of dry cherry with black currant, cinnamon and smoke which is characteristic for this area.
A must try with steak, cheese, nuts and sweets.
