Cotswolds Peated, the English distillery’s third permanent single malt whisky expression, is the result of maturing the original Cotswolds Single Malt in 125-litre ex-Islay casks that contained peated whisky (Laphroaig). Bottled at 60.20% and having undergone a very long fermentation process, this single malt offers subtle smoky and peated flavours. It is a perfect match for the rich and fruity character of Cotswolds spirits.
