We're teaming up once again with the esteemed East Coast brewers at Trillium for a collaborative celebration of hop-growing terroir. This time, we're taking a trip to Oregon's stunning Willamette Valley, using hand-picked hops from Coleman's Alluvial Farm. In a nod to Valley traditions, our beer features a hop-free boil, followed by a massive dry hop addition of Strata, Luminosa, and Audacia. The result is a lusciously juicy, hazy brew that pays homage to the unique character of America's Northwest.
