Description
Sanaig, located north of the distillery is a small rocky inlet and is the name given to this predominantly sherry cask influenced expression.
Colour: Beech Wood
Nose: Soft cooked fruits with caramel and vanilla now evident;
Palate: Toffee, peat smoke and citrus with a lingering sweetness;
Finish: A lovely balance of peat smoke, fruit and sweetness.
Non chill filtered & natural colour.

Kilchoman was established in 2005 on a farm on the rugged west coast of Islay and was the first distillery built on the island in 125years!
Keeping true to the grass roots spirit, Kilchoman aims to stay rooted in Islay as much as possible from their own barley growing to malting, distilling and bottling.
