Description
This single malt whisky is an exquisite expression of the limited peated new make, matured to perfection in selected ex-red wine STR casks (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred), combining rich flavours and sea breeze.
Aroma: sea breeze, gentle saltiness, stroke of varnish, gingerbread rich in cloves and allspice, hints of freshly cut hay.
Palate: French vanilla cream, crushed white peppercorn, sweet mint, toasted dry leaves.
Finish: cinnamon, roasted chestnuts, nuttery popcorn.
