Description
Mare Santo, Treasure of The Sea.
The first sparkling wine aged in the Sea.
Mediterranean air, Alpine wine and Adriatic sea.
Mare Santo's Cuvee Prestige a blend of 50% Rebula and 50% Chardonnay, is hand harvested and aged for 24 months 20 metres deep in the Adriatic Sea.
It features a radiant golden hue with aromas of ripe orchard fruits, sea minerals, wild herbs and toasted vanilla.
On the palate it oggers a lush, creamy texture with apricot, citrus zest and subtle salinity.
Its long mineral finish reflects the essence of the sea, making it perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish and fresh pasta.
