Description
Mare Santo, Treasure of The Sea.
The first sparkling wine aged in the Sea.
Mediterranean air, Alpine wine and Adriatic sea.
Mare Santo's Rose, made from 100% hand harvested Pinot Noir and aged for 24 months beneath the Adriatic Sea, offers a unique profile.
Its delicate coral pink hue and shimmering clarity hint at its underwater maturation.
The wine boasts aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, rose petals and sublte minerality.
On the palate, it is fresh, elegant with red berries, grapefruit and a creamy texture, balanced by lively acidity and a long mineral finish.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with meat, fish and pasta dishes.
