Distilled in 2014, bottled on 25th November 2019, single cask #118, from a red Bourgogne Cask, Rully 1er cru.
Cask strength, non chill filtered.

This single cask was selected by a group of amateurs, chefs, bottle shop tasters to be bottled as the "Cuvée des Grands Palais #3".

Only 419 bottles produced.

Elegant with woody notes, spices and a tad licorice. 

Toasted and grilled in a wine feel mouth, confering a rather strong character.
