Extremely rare red wine made from ancient Georgian grape varieties foraged on very old vines in the wine.
Tasting notes: fresh red fruits, berry juice, wild cherry, dried wild herbs.
Grape varieties:
- Tskhenis Dzudzu Tetri (Horse Breast White - 400 Year Old Vine)
- Meskhuri Sapere;
- Kharistvala Shavi (Bull's Eyes Red).
Fermented on skins without stems for 6 months in Qvervi then in stainless steel vat.
