Recognizing its importance, we sought to create a beer that celebrates rice while adding an element of fun. By blending Thai Jasmine and Junsuina Japanese Pearl Rice, we crafted a beer that begins with bright floral and lemon aromas. The light rice sweetness and cracker-like body contribute to a well-balanced flavor profile, culminating in a crisp bitterness and effervescence that makes it suitable for any occasion.
