Strong Farmhouse Ale barrel aged 17 months with local honey.

This strong farmhouse ale was brewed with coriander and orange zest, and was refermented with local Orange Blossom honey in large French oak puncheons for 17 months. Coriander lends floral notes and orange zest adds a citric bite while amplifying the orange notes present in the honey. The honey lends aromatics that suggest sweetness, but this beer is medium bodied and refreshingly tart with a funky, Brettanomyces finish.
