Wynwood Hood, inspired by our travels to Miami, Florida, embodies the essence of the area that gave birth to the Florida Weisse. This step-mashed tart wheat beer, inspired by the traditional Berliner Weisse, features a vibrant and tropical twist. In true OD fashion, we cranked up the whole thing to 305, resulting in a higher ABV and enhanced mouthfeel. To further enhance the tropical character, we loaded the brew with huge doses of mango, pineapple, passionfruit, and coconut water during fermentation. The result is a tropical, tasty, and vibrant beer that captures the spirit of Miami.
