Description
Made from 100% Saperavi, a Georgian grape variety and sourced from old vines grown in the Kakheti region in Georgia.
The wine was fermented in Qvevri which are large clay jars buried underground, a 8,000 year old Georgian traditional method.
Stunning aromas of red fruits and berries followed by a full and velvety wine with a finish of spices and earth.
You can drink now but it has great potential for ageing.
