Description
A golden amber hue, slightly hazy, with a scent of green feijoa, funk, and citrus. The taste is dominated by forward acidity, followed by more feijoa and a crisp, tart conclusion. It's a medium-bodied, lightly carbed beverage. Enjoyable now, but it will also evolve and improve over many years.
