With invaluable support from our partners at Tolga Farms, Joe White Malting, and Bintani, we have undertaken the monumental endeavor of integrating Certified Sustainable, single-origin, regeneratively cultivated barley into each and every Rocky Ridge brew.
This barley boasts a remarkable 73% reduction in carbon footprint compared to conventional malt and can be traced from the field to your glass. This achievement, years in the making, signifies a colossal stride forward, eliminating 70,000 kgs in annual malt CO2-emissions.
At the other end of the brewing process, we repurpose 100% of our spent grain as valuable feed for the livestock on our farm, diverting this grain from landfills and saving more than 400,000 kgs of emissions annually.
