We're revisiting the genesis of Australian craft beer with a genuine OG Hazy. This creation showcases a substantial incorporation of wheat malt, resulting in a full-bodied, bready foundation. In collaboration with Mogwai Labs, we've employed their innovative OG Haze 3 yeast, a newcomer to Australia. Anticipate nuances of banana and clove, amplified by a ferulic acid rest during the mashing process to intensify those clove fragrances. Meticulously fermented for optimal drinkability, this beer is an ideal counterpart to a pretzel and a Maß - so sit back, unwind, and savor a taste of nostalgia.
