Do you remember big bodied and resinous West Coast IPA's? Well we certainly do and we can't wait to let this Triple Dry Hopped 11% TIPA loose on you! A clean and reasonably simple malt bill consisting of Pale, Munich and Malted Wheat carries a symphony of American and New Zealand hops, the likes of which have been packed into the 1000L fermenter at a whopping rate of 24 grams per litre. Centennial, Motueka, Kohatu, Columbus and Citra all dance in unison and while the weight on the palate is ample, there is a noticeable deftness and restraint to this beast of a beer.
