Experiment: Use a touch of smoked malt for extra complexity. Fermented on lager yeast as is traditional, low and slow.
Brewers Diary: Layers upon layers of malts bring dark fruits and coffee notes along with a hint of smoke from an addition of Rauchmalt while a low and slow fermentation with lager yeast make this a silky smooth beast to be savoured. A drinking journey all the way to the Baltic States, no passport necessary!
