With your help and the help of our CO2 reclaim unit. This innovative system enables us to capture approximately 80% of the CO2 generated during fermentation, which we then reuse in the packaging process to add those glorious bubbles to your beer. To date, this initiative has successfully captured 40,000 kgs of CO2, with the potential to capture over 100,000 kgs annually.
