We opted for Talus T90, coupled with Talus Cryo and Cashmere hops - unconventional choices for this beer style - to afford the public a glimpse into their unexplored potential.

Talus hops, a relatively novel variety hailing from North America, originate from Humulus neomexicanus, in contrast to the more commonplace Humulus lupulus.
