A fascinating tidbit: Boogie, the principal brewer at MC's Katoomba locale, spent a year at Rocky Ridge before transitioning to Mountain Culture. It has been a monumental reunion to brew together once more.
We have meticulously infused ten disparate hop products into this beer, incorporating T90 pellets, Cryo, CGX, and Lupomaxx pellets, in addition to Centennial Salvo and Nelson Sauvin Amplifire Hop Oil.
What distinguishes this brew? We employed a layered dry hopping process over four days to elicit the nuances of each hop addition.
