Zumo, a novel hop variety from Segal Ranch, derives its name from a Spanish term meaning citrus zest. Its distinct lime flavor caught our attention, prompting us to conduct our own experimentation. By allowing Mosaic hops to take a backseat in the recipe, we discovered that Zumo's flavor reached new heights of refreshing zestiness. Consequently, we have earned the title of certified Zumologists.
